Who we are
Peptide Guide (peptideguide.app) is an educational peptide-research resource published by Curious Crusades, LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains how we handle information when you use the site. Questions: hello@peptideguide.app.
Information we collect
- Email address — only if you subscribe to our newsletter. We store it to send the digest and research updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Usage & device data — pages visited, referring site, approximate location, browser and device type, collected automatically through analytics to understand what content is useful.
- Affiliate click data — when you click a partner link, we log which link and which page it came from so we can attribute referrals. This is not tied to your identity.
- We do not collect health records, ask for medical information, or knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics. Specifically we use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to measure traffic and improve the site. These set cookies or identifiers that help count visits and sessions. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
When you click an affiliate link, the partner or its affiliate network may set its own cookie to credit the referral. That cookie is governed by the partner’s privacy policy, not ours.
Third parties we share data with
We don’t sell your personal information. We rely on a small set of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Vercel — hosting and site analytics.
- Google Analytics — aggregate traffic measurement.
- Resend — newsletter email delivery (stores your email if you subscribe).
- Affiliate partners & networks — when you follow a partner link, your interaction with their site is subject to their own policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and the CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. To exercise any of these, email us and we’ll respond within a reasonable period. To unsubscribe from email, use the link in any newsletter or contact us directly.
Data retention & security
We keep newsletter emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained per the providers’ standard windows. We use reputable providers with industry-standard safeguards, though no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. See also our affiliate disclosure and terms of use.
