§ 02 Mechanism
Mechanism of action
Dasatinib eliminates senescent adipocyte progenitors via SRC/EPH kinase inhibition. Quercetin targets senescent endothelial cells through BCL-xL/PI3K. Together they clear a broader range of senescent cells than either alone.
